This looks like the first two images you posted a bit earlier. The cap is gray for borealisorora. I realize that you are post photographs taken in the past. If you run into this critter again, it would be great if you could dry the specimens you find. It might be something different from borealisorora. It would be worthwhile to get it under the scope.
Good detail on the cap but it would be helpful to see the gills and entire stipe.
