This was growing on the ground in some debris. It matches all the dimensions for Conocybe filaris including the delicate but prominent movable ring. Also the rusty-brown spores were fairly large, elliptical, smooth ,and with a germ pore.

Nice shot of a filaris. I coulda used it for my Powerpoint Toxic mushroom talk that I put together yesterday for the FFSC. Luckily, these tiny amatoxin containing mushrooms are rarely if ever eaten.
