Observation 60025: Stropharia rugosoannulata Farl. ex Murrill

No herbarium specimen

Notes: I thought it might be Stropharia rugosoannulata (it grows in wood chips too), but I don’t see a ring.

The ring

is there. It just split and stuck to the edge of the cap – this happens sometimes, in many other genera of mushrooms. Just a developmental quirk.
