Observation 60221: Bacidia schweinitzii (Fr. ex E. Michener) A. Schneider
When: 2010-11-07
Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: on siliceous sandstone outcrop in shaded forest near top of ridge

This looks identical to classic Bacidia schweinitzii, except that it’s not supposed to grow on rock. It can grow on moss, and there is a very thin moss covering on this specimen.
