Notes: The clustered growth on rotting wood of hardwoods (finds with very few, or even only one, basidiome(s) are not unlikely, however), the shiny yellow stipe and the distinctive chlorine-like smell, especially if crushed between fingers, make this a rather easily recognizable species.
