The mushrooms I mention below (#60322) were just called Gymnopilus too, instead of previous name Hypholoma. Someone floated the name G.luteus. Maybe it is Gymnopilus, after all, event though I have hard time recognising it as such.
I don’t know if it’s all the same mushrooms – they seemed to grow together, some single and some in small clusters. I have another observation with similar mushrooms (#60322)from the same area, identified as Hypholoma sp. I doubt it’s Gymnopilus…
with those first two caps? nice mottling!
