I would imagine that if it is under native Pine, it is A. amerimuscaria, and if it is under non-native Pine it is A. muscaria. It may not be as simple as that though, so someone more knowledgeable please correct me if I am mistaken. Also, the only macro difference I know of is yellow(ish) warts on A. amerimuscaria.
