An admittedly shoddy translation. The acute problem areas are indicated with deitalicized text and (?) marks. Corrections most welcome.

Stromata ordinary, at first piriform, “elongated stipe” (?), then globose, distinctly placed at the base (?) 0.8 cm. long, 2mm, wide, stipitate, finely ashy outer surface, very finely verruculose, ostioles very minute, conspicuous, outer layer papery, white within, hollow, 0.5-2 cm in diameter, stipe cylindrical, glabrous, black; perithecium globose, closely gathered together, 1-Stichus (?), 0.5-1 mm. in diameter; asci very long, cylindrical, 120 × 8-9, 8-spores; spores fusoid-elongated, sometimes under-curved (?), not sharpened (?, angular?), 1-celled, dark, 21-25 × 6-7, 1-Stichus (?); paraphyses filiform; asco pore jodo blue (?).
