Just found this Daldinia being attacked as well. Hope to get back with an answer soon.

Two mushrooms?

It seems the black globular fungus (Daldinia?) is covered with some other mold (White dots). Or maybe it’s just the fungus that has funky shape with some sort of white spores or other structures on the surface of the main body?
