Found alone, growing from soil/leaf litter up through snow, under a Tulip Poplar near a house
-Tulip Poplar, Beech, Pine

Pileus:
7.8cm broad, brown with creamy brown areas, convex with slight depression, smooth, moist, margin somewhat inrolled
Flesh is soft and white
Off center

Lamellae:
Decurrent, tan, close, with a collection of brown droplets of liquid

Stipe:
12cm long, 2cm wide, brownish-gray with silvery/white vertical striations, smooth, solid, moist, with a collection of brown droplets of liquid near the apex.
Flesh is white and very soft

Smell:
Fungoid

Spore Print:
Creamy with brown hues

Spores:
Elliptic, smooth (?), but could be slightly rough
