Observation 6265: Psathyrella (Fr.) Quél.

Notes: I’m not even sure about the genus for this little group. They have purple spores that are medium sized, elliptical, smooth, with one end seemingly truncated (a large germ pore?) The gills were brown. The caps range from 2.3 to 4.0cm across. The stem is essentially white, no ring, and hollow.
They were growing just off the road/trail with perhaps fir and madrone nearby.

I agree with Psathyrella. It looks a lot like this collection (though yours are not as old) :
