I made a mess of this observation

I read far too much into an unusual dark K+y/o spot test in the medulla. This is also a rather unusual specimen for P. undulata with hardly any obvious soralia, and abundant pycnidia(?) in warts crowded all over the interior. But Richard Harris has seen this specimen and has verified the latest determination: Physcia undulata.
