I’d have to guess Lecanora, but not a species I’ve seen before. Would need to examine a thin section of an apothecium under compound scope (and verify that spores are small, clear, smooth, ellipsoid, and single-celled) to get anywhere with this, I think. It’s a distinctive morphology, though, so maybe a local expert would know by sight.
