It is a Galerina, but not sure which. Need to see the details at the base, and know which kinda of moss (mostly sphagnum or not really). But that will only help narrow down the options.
With the habitat (moss) and season. It is possible though, I suppose. If I get a chance I will take a peek at whether the spores are roughened or not.
I have collected C. Cyanopus down here in Olympia,WA and up near Kent. I assume these are not cyanopus(from rotund cap shape) but thought perhaps Conocybe might be an appropriate place to check as well.
