Looks like a Cystoderma to me…

but you should examine the cuticle to be sure. :)

I think I found one at the Pt. Reyes fair. It was a lone specimen, and too young for me to be certain, since I have not collected them before. But i’m pretty sure. The pileus almost looks like a Pholiota.
