Observation 62860: Craterellus cornucopioides (L.) Pers.
When: 2011-01-22
No herbarium specimen
0 Sequences

Light coloration form of craterellus cornucopioides. We found a range from creamy white, through shades of grey to the typical black. Different color forms growing separately and intermixed. North of highway 20.

Any idea what causes the difference in coloration? Environmental? Pigmentation mutant?
