Orange to yellow lichens like this are either Xanthoria (or the segregate genus Xanthomendoza) or Candelaria. Xanthoria is typically oranger, reacts K+ instantly deep red (drop of household lye will work), and has distinctive “polarlocular” spores (two cells, with perforated thickened septum). Candelaria is yellower, is K- (or maybe K+ slightly reddish), and has simple spores.

If Candelaria, try C. fibrosa. If Xanthoria, there are many similar species. Try X. hasseana, X. oregana, X. montana or maybe X. ulophyllodes.
