That should take you far. You can also find pdfs of a somewhat older work for British Columbia on-line. Google “Lichens of British Columbia: Illustrated Keys” (note there are two parts, foliose and fruticose, I think). Might be useful if McCune’s keys are confusing in places.

It certainly threw me off, but I am still struggling with lichens. I finally got a hold of “Macrolichens of the PNW”, but it is still over my head at this point!
