Observation 63655: Coprinus comatus (O.F. Müll.) Pers.

When: 2010-10-10

Collection location: Beaverton, Washington Co., Oregon, USA [Click for map]

Who: broken_palms

No specimen available

Notes:
This specimen was spotted on the grounds of Portland Community College a while back. It can only be a shaggy mane or an ink cap, so I don’t need an ID. Its a beautiful specimen, and I figured that it would make a good introductory offering to the site. Enjoy!

could be changed to the actual date of discovery by editing your observation. I’m assuming it wasn’t found today by your notes. Apologies if I misunderstood.
Welcome to MO, nice photograph too!
