I need to check some other areas — one place I’ve found oysters last winter was picked out last time I went, and haven’t found much of anything there this year.
Ground temp. in Missouri nearing 50 to 55 degrees — counting the days until The Season!
They fruit all winter here, whenever it gets above freezing for a few days. All this rain toward the end of February has got me excited for spring.
I should be finding some here soon with all the warmer weather.
