we have unnamed lepidella sp. in the East Bay; this would be similar to a magniverrucata or smithiana, but not necessarily either.
If you saved it, you can try and get it to grow up…put it upright over damp but not wet paper towels (a drinking glass or cup works to stabilize it) and then put another cup or bowl loosely over that one to create a humidity chamber. Plastic cups are lightweight for the cover. Put into a cool place and check daily.
