Tim S here on MO has me convinced it is Galerina sp. (marginata?) while last night I was leaning toward a smallish Hygrocybe, maybe the coincidentally named Hygrocybe marginata, but it seems that just doesn’t come this small and is not as associated with moss like the Galerina.
