Observation 64646: Inocybe citrifolia Matheny nom. prov.
When: 2011-03-22
No herbarium specimen
0 Sequences

These seemed to be growing among Doug Fir.
The caps were up to 2.2 cm across.
The gills were a fairly bright yellow and seemed to retain that color.
The spores were rather elongate, measuring ~ 9.9-11.0 X 5.9-6.1 microns with the surface a little uneven.
There was abundant Cheilocystida that had relatively long necks and ~ 70-80 microns in length.
There was a moderate odor, not unpleasant, but couldn’t put a name on it.
Not surprisingly, I was unable to find a match.

as my MO# 31874 and they were from the same general area. Spores and Cheilocystidia are also very close.
Wonder what it’s like to have a good memory.
