spores cylindrical, 5-2 µm.
On Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) log.

why remove the first photo? That’s what they typically look like after a while..

After I removed the original photo and replaced it with what I think is indeed Leptoporus mollis, I agree with the consensus. Adolf
