Notes:
Found on mulch (leaf litter); breaking the ‘crust’ revealed a custardy interior. White ‘filaments’ at base of fruiting body. 10-15mm across fruiting body.

Are the white filaments part of the mycelium? Or is that not visible to the naked eye?
