Notes: Found in broad leaf, leaf litter

Cap 1-2.5 cm wide, surface striate, very thin fleshed, convex of flat. Center umbonate. color pale cream yellow center darker yellow. Cuticle finely granulose or powdery looking, dry not hygrophanous. Gills nearly distant, same color as cap surface, extending from cap margin to about 1.5mm from stipe apex i.e. greatly free from stipe. Stalk/stipe very flimsy, thin fleshed, 1.5-5cm long.

longer then cap width. Same color as gills-pale lemon yellow, 1-3 mm wide(thick).
thicker at base. smooth surfaced.

Ring very thin, same color as stipe, remaining on stipe or disappearing, (evanescent), possibly movable up and down stipe. Odor faintly Lepiota like. Spore print probably white. (I found this species again in Dar es Salaam under trees as well.)
