Notes: These were growing in SE Medford at about 2900ft on an embankment near a landscaped area.
The caps were dry and up to 5.7 cm across.
The spore print was a rich brown and the spores were ~ 8.0-9.0 X 5.6-6.1 microns, elliptical with a germ pore.
Could not find any cystidia on the gills.
The stalk base was somewhat enlarged.
