This specimen was found today in mixed confier forest, on oak leaf and doug fir needle duff, at 4800 feet elevation, on a south facing slope. It has not rained here in about 10 days and the snow melted in that area 3-5 weeks ago.

It was keyed in the Stereaceae and allies group.


The individual caps are 5 – 15 mm wide. The specimen is 3cm long.
