It would be almost impossible to find this with the information provided and in any case, that fungus has run it’s course and doesn’t fruit in that location any more.

collecting fungi does not harm them

damaging the habitat might. city-level resolution hardly seems specific enough to make finding this particular fruiting possible.

Amazing ID photos. I’m in awe. Was going to post a link to this in my of my fungi forums as a great shot for IDing purposes.

However given that collectors / users may also see the link, they may be tempted to go out an collect. Which if done unwisely can damage the fungi colony.

So is there a way of “bluring” the location like there is with naturewatch ?
