Not sure what it is yet, or how many look-alikes their are. Chemistry is of critical importance for most sterile crusts. Very few are identifiable by sight. Do you have any source of KOH or NaOH? (e.g., drano) This thing at least has a few morphological characteristics to help: it has a well-developed, rimose white(?) thallus with discrete round soralia and no prothallus.
