No herbarium specimen

lilac coloring banded above margin, lilac stain to context in cross section, size, finely matted hairy pileus, gills broad and adnexed and pallid. Context thickest at disc, cream colored, dark stain that outlines and separates context from gills. Length 5.5cm, cap width 1.5cm. Pine and hemlock
Waiting on spores and will update.

And then again, I could be totally off here. I have no idea what this neat little guy is.

is really the same thing as this? Since I can’t really find much on P. purus, I’m trying to compare my micros with M. pura.
