No herbarium specimen

Notes: Habitat:
Growing in grass, from soil, beside a street/parking lot.

Cap:
4.5-8cm broad, White, smooth, dry, margin with remnants from partial veil

Lamellae:
Pink when young, dark brown with age, crowded, free

Stipe:
4.3-5.3cm long, 1-1.3cm wide, smooth, white tapering at base, partial veil is white and is stuck (or has adhered) to the stipe.

Smell:
Couldn’t put a name on it…but it was not a good smell at all.

5% KOH: no color change was noted on the pileus or stipe.
