Observation 68165: Psilocybe ovoideocystidiata Guzmán & Gaines
When: 2011-05-24
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Very “psilocybe” mushroom smell, sweet and pungent. Area they were found was within their recently known range. Were found on hardwood mulched garden beds on a residential property which was adjacent to a wooded area that matches their natural habitat; that is, the woods have a small stream running through them and are known to frequent but moderate flooding.
