Notes:
Growing alone, from soil, under Pinus taeda in predominantly pine forest.

Pileus:
6cm broad, sunken umbonate, brown – darker in cerner, smooth, margin striations around 70mm

Lamellae:
White, nearly free, sub crowded

Stipe:
13.5cm long, apex: .8cm wide, base: 1.4cm wide, white, with brown fibres, hollow
3.5cm of base is covered with white tissue
