Notes:
Growing on ground in forest, solitary. Cap 65-75mm, moderately indented. Gills adnate, very deep (to 20mm), thick, subdistant, edge eroded. Stem 70mm long, 10mm wide, hollow. Spore print white, spores 6µm x 4-5 µm.
