The problem with Lecanora …

… is more or less the same that with Teprhomela atra. To my knowledgeThe potential candidate is L. gangaleoides, which as a much more wrinkled thallus than my specimen. Moreover, I believe that the spores are 1-septate. At least I could see that in the microscope, althought the photos are quite bad. Anyhow, I upload two photos where this “can be seen” for the bigger spores, which nevertheless are very small, and those spores are a bit constricted at septum .

Of course, that makes sense. So much for Tephromela! :)

Still, worth considering Lecanora, too, despite the black apothecia. At least until you see an obviously brown spore with obvious septum and oddly-shaped lumina.

but I think that the thallus of T. atra is much more wrinkled than in this specimen, which is almost flat. Moreover, the hymenium of T. atra is red wine coloured, and the red colour of the hymenium of this specimen I believe is due to the congo-red in the preparation .

You don’t think this is Tephromela atra?

Sorry, I don’t have my references at hand. I’m sure you’ve already considered the possibility. I’m mostly concerned because it looks like your spores are colorless and nonseptate (admittedly, they are immature and obscured by the hymenium here).
