Recognized by sight: While the pseudocyphellae are admittedly somewhat sparse, it conforms with the concept of Punctelia. Conidia and spot tests might be needed to get a positive species-level ID on this one, but P. graminicola and P. hypoleucites both seem to be reasonable possibilities.
