The gracile nature of the mushroom and the purity of the yellow color on the cap are two things that (taken together) argue (in my mind) for elongata. A little bit of pinkish or reddish tinge (as opposed to the entire bulb being red-brown or wine red in cross-section) is occasionally seen in flavoconia (both varieties) in my experience.

I agree with Dave W. that spore measurement could helps settle this particular matter most of the time.
