Recognized by sight: a very small, white amanita, similar to ocreata.

Recognized by sight: white cap with very thin universal veil covering both cap and napiform bulb, annulus present.
Based on microscopic features: spores from spore drop amyloid, smooth, thin-walled, broadly elliptical to sub-globose, 11-13 microns x 7-10.5 microns.
Based on chemical features: yellows in KOH.
