Two inch, gilled, stalked mushrooms found at the base of a Tulip tree. The brown caps were very convex and were covered wih short hair. There were veil remnants around the margin and a faint ring on the upper stalk. The white stalk was fibrillous, hollow and very fragile. The gills were brown, and not pink even in immature caps with veil remnants attached to the stalk.
