Observation 70789: Amanita sect. Lepidella sensu Bas

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Growing from red clay near…well I’ll have to take a look outside and see what trees were around.
I know a large Quercus coccinea and a small Fagus grandifolia were nearby.

I found these around 12-1 in the morning…They just happened to be right were my headlights were pointing as I pulled in the driveway.
