Notes: UPDATE>>> light YELLOW spore surface. olive spores. oak/ash convergence. full shade with offshore breeze. smells delicious. NOT BITTER. these fully opened up today to reveal a tan top and pale yellow underside. spore pores seperate easily from flesh. flesh is WHITE with no bruising when cut. stem not hollow.
