Found under oak.
I don’t know which species of oak, but I have photos of the bark and leaves.

chow and shepherd mix. He is copper and spry and nimble and small in size too.
I vote for martial law on dog hatters man, mine’s a ‘save’ too. I know we can post pics in comments but idk how.
The vet said she’s a German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix. I somewhat agree, but she’s a little on the small side for those breeds. I see German Shepherd in her coat and Rottweiler in her face and neck, but I don’t know what she really is… She’s a mutt. (but a smart/obedient/loyal mutt!)
We found three of them (and found a home for the other two) in our neighborhood, in the snow on Christmas eve! Some low-life redneck jerk must have dropped them off.
