could be Entoloma readiae

There is one Entoloma in southern Australia that is commonly on wood, which is an extremely unusual substrate for this genus. According to A Field Guide to Tasmanian Fungi Entoloma readiae has a ’small pale brown cap … [with a] noticeably depressed darker brown centre". A long shot, but perhaps a possibility.
