When you bring the picture the spore print picture and look at the lighter one, there are what appear to be chocolate brown flecks in there where the print went light around the12:15, 2:00, and 9:30 positions.
I think it just wants to live really badly.
I found this growing in grass in several places around town. I picked 4 and got some spore prints. The closest suggestion I can make is Agaricus Xanthodermus ( http://urbanmushrooms.com/index.php?id=14 ), however I think the spore print is the wrong color. You can see that this has a black spore print and I believe the Xanthodermus has a brown spore print.
