Found in forest of Larch (Larix) and Spruce (Picea).
Brown, rather smooth non-viscid cap, stipe slightly staining brown with handling. Gills turning creamy in age, taste mild and almost pleasant.
Looked through the books, and this name seems to be best? These were really under spruce mostly, but it was a rather mixed forest.
