Collection location: Beaver Co., Pennsylvania, USA [Click for map]

Notes:
Small, thin shelves in rosettes on the bark of a dead log. The upper surface is dark brown hairy and has a smooth white border. There are no color zones. The underside is covered with white, roundish pores. Several rosettes have a central lumpy white mass elevated above the level of the other shelves on what appears to be a brown hairy column. Some depressions in the white mass have white pores.

Immediately adjacent to the above are a few lumpy white masses with no hairs or shelves.
