Notes: All specimens photographed and collected in the lowland(Moxlie creekside) part of the park on living and fallen Western Hemlock(Tsuga heterophylla)

Temp: 82 sunny and humid in the canopy.

Recognized by sight: All specimens pores were measured on the underside spore bearing structure upon arriving home. Each fruiting body revealed 3 pores per mm. indicating G. oregonense. Ganoderma tsugae which can look very similar-if not identical in some cases, has 4-6 pores per mm.
