I was keeping someone waiting, so I didn’t have a chance to try to collect any, its near a few good Asian restaurants so I’ll definitely be back sooner or later.

Ideally would check number of spores per ascus

C. rosulans – 8 per ascus
C. vitellina – 16-32 per ascus

C. rosulans tends to have thicker thallus in my experience, too.
