I might go to the Pine Barrens again by the end of the month, and if that’s the case I will try to find some Gyroporus’s for you/Naveed. Are you interested in any species in particular or all of them? What is the proper procedure for preparing a herbarium specimen? I do have a food dehydrator that I use to dry slices of boletes destined for soups.
Gyroporus’s again, please, please make a herbarium specimen – I have a graduate student (Naveed) who is working on the genus for his phd. Many thanks!
